What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for up to 1 year after receiving the product. It does not cover issues caused by abuse or misuse.
How do I initiate the return process?
Send an email to email@example.com with your full name and address and your request and we will start the return process ASAP.
Will I be receiving the same product in return?
After receipt of your return package or components requiring repair, we will diagnose the product and determine if the whole set will be replaced or just the defective part. In most cases, we will only replace the defective part and refresh any accessories if needed.
How should I package and ship my return?
Make sure to pack your return in a secure, sturdy box. Include your order number along with your contact information in case we need to contact you. We suggest using USPS, UPS or Fedex’s shipping services and retain the tracking number they issue for your reference. Send your return to the address below. Who pays for shipping?
Items to be repaired under warranty will be returned to Wiggle Kingdom at the owner’s expense. Repairs covered by warranty (as reasonably determined by Wiggle Kingdom) will be shipped back to the owner at Wiggle Kingdom’s expense.
When will my replacement(s) ship?
Subject to product/part availability, replacements or repairs covered by the warranty will be carried out within 15 days of receipt of the product and shipped back to the owner at our expense. Replacements or repairs of items not covered by warranty will be by an estimate approved by the customer before work begins. The estimate will contain costs of labor and parts as well as expected time frame of completion.
